Lobster Dinner at DSJ on June14th 2025

It is with immense joy that we announce the launch of our very first lobster dinner at the Domaine St-Jacques vineyard, on June 14th at 6 p.m.!

A unique event for our family, and a nod to our Gaspé roots, since the Quirions come from this beautiful region, home of Quebec's famous lobster fishermen.
On the menu, a delicious four-course dinner, showcasing lobster in all its splendor. And for those who prefer an alternative, we also offer a delicious filet mignon.

The DSJ wines chosen to accompany this feast are Brut, Pinot Rosé, and Chardonnay—a refined selection to enhance every bite.
